Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed & shipped within 1-5 business days. Order can take longer to process around holidays and special events. Please allow additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation when the shipping label has been created for our order.

Depending on the carrier tracking your order can take 48-72 once the label has been created. After your order has been shipped the arrival of your order it out of our control. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the order arrived damaged please notify us within 48 hours of your order before using along with sending us photos of the damage and a description.

For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note candles, wax melts, and other products can melt when shipping during warm temperatures. We are not responsible for products that are subjected to hot temperatures for long periods. We strongly advise that you have your products shipped to a home or business where someone can retrieve your products. Packages left outside during hot temperatures can melt or soften your products and we cannot be held liable for such damage.

Exchanges + Returns 
If you are not satisfied with your product we have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to request a return/exchange. To start this process notify us at glow@lvettecandle.com. We will notify you once we've received and inspected the return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at glow@lvettecandle.com.
